The Greenplum Command Center (GPCC) installer creates a gpmon PostgreSQL database role with the default password 'changeme'. GPCC uses this role to collect query metrics and system monitoring data. The gpadmin superuser password is set by the DBA and has no universal default. Broadcom/VMware documentation explicitly warns that 'changeme' must be replaced before production use.
