Default username and password for the ExtraHop Networks Reveal(x) Enterprise / ECA (ExtraHop Command Appliance): setup / default. Learn how to log in and how to change the default credentials.
Virtual sensors, ECA/Command Appliance, and Explore Appliance on-premises VMs use 'setup'/'default'. Physical appliances use the service tag number printed on the front pull-out tab as the default password. Cloud deployments (AWS/GCP) use the VM instance ID. Change immediately after first login.
