Provision-ISR (Israel Security Resources) is a major CCTV/IP surveillance brand with wide deployment in Israel, Europe, and Latin America. Their IP cameras (I1-380IP28, I4-390IPEN28, DI-380IP28 and NVR series) ship with the admin account defaulting to password 123456. The web interface is accessible via HTTP on port 80.
