Default username and password for the Akuvox IP Video Intercom / Door Phone (E-Series / R-Series): admin / admin. Learn how to log in and how to change the default credentials.

Applies to Akuvox E10, E11, E12, E16, R27, R28, R29, IT82 and related door station / indoor monitor models. A secondary account with username 'user' and password 'user' also exists for limited access. Password change is required after first login.
