Buffalo BS-GS2016 Business Ethernet Switch — Default Password

Default username and password for the Buffalo BS-GS2016 Business Ethernet Switch: admin / password. Learn how to log in at 192.168.1.254 and how to change the default credentials.

Applies to Buffalo BS-GS2016 and BS-GS2008/BS-GS2024 business switch series. Manual page 12 ('Change Username and Password') lists factory defaults admin/password. CVE-2023-26588 documents a hard-coded credential vulnerability in firmware 1.0.10.01 and earlier.
