Dell EMC PowerProtect Data Domain Virtual Edition (DDVE) / Management Center (DDMC) — Default Password
Default username and password for the Dell EMC PowerProtect Data Domain Virtual Edition (DDVE) / Management Center (DDMC): sysadmin / changeme. Learn how to log in and how to change the default credentials.
Dell EMC (Dell Technologies) PowerProtect Data Domain Virtual Edition (DDVE) 2.0 and the Data Domain Management Center (DDMC) ship with 'changeme' as the default sysadmin password for the web UI and CLI. Physical Data Domain appliances (DD2200, DD6800, DD9800, etc.) use the system serial number as the initial sysadmin password instead. DDVE is a software-defined backup target deduplication appliance deployed as a VMware or AWS virtual machine. The sysadmin account provides full administrative control over backup policies, data replication, and system configuration.
