OpenCTI is a widely deployed open-source threat intelligence platform. The official Docker repository's .env.sample defines the default admin account as admin@filigran.io with password 'changeme'. These values are substituted into docker-compose.yml via OPENCTI_ADMIN_EMAIL and OPENCTI_ADMIN_PASSWORD and must be overridden before production deployment. Note: the email domain changed from opencti.io to filigran.io when the project moved to Filigran.
