AOS-Switch (AOS-S) firmware, formerly HP ProCurve. Factory-default switch has no password set for either the privileged 'manager' or read-only 'operator' accounts. Console, Telnet, SSH, and web management interface all accept an empty password. Applies broadly to HPE/Aruba switches running ProVision/AOS-S (e.g., 2530, 2540, 2920, 2930, 3810, 5400R series).
