Iomega StorCenter ix2 / ix4 NAS — Default Password

Default username and password for the Iomega StorCenter ix2 / ix4 NAS: admin / (blank). Learn how to log in and how to change the default credentials.

Iomega StorCenter ix2-200 and ix4-200 NAS appliances ship with an 'admin' account and a blank password for the web management interface. Devices can be discovered on the network using Iomega's StorCenter Pro utility or via UPnP. After Lenovo's acquisition of Iomega the line was rebranded to LenovoEMC StorCenter but initial credentials remained the same. A password reset requires pressing the recessed factory-reset button on the rear panel, which preserves data while resetting credentials.
