Default username and password for the Poly (Polycom) VVX Business IP Phone (VVX 300 / 400 / 500 / 600 Series): admin / 456. Learn how to log in and how to change the default credentials.
Applies to Poly (formerly Polycom) VVX 150, 250, 300, 301, 310, 350, 400, 401, 410, 450, 500, 501, 600, and 601 business IP phones. Admin password 456 gives full access to the Web Configuration Utility; user password 123 gives limited access. Factory reset restores both passwords.
