QCT servers use an AMI-based BMC firmware with a fleet-wide default credential qct.admin/qct.admin (both all-lowercase). The BMC exposes full IPMI 2.0 over LAN (UDP port 623), KVM-over-IP, SOL (Serial over LAN), and an HTTPS web interface. Some newer QCT chassis print a unique factory BMC password on the server label — verify the label before testing generic defaults. QCT documentation advises changing the password immediately on first login.
