Ruijie Reyee ES series cloud-managed switches (ES206GC, ES224GC, ES248GC and similar) include a local web management interface (eWeb) in addition to cloud management via Ruijie Cloud (Reyee app). The default management IP for local eWeb access is 10.44.77.200 and credentials are admin/admin. A factory reset can be performed by holding the reset button for 5+ seconds. The same defaults apply to cloud-managed Reyee switches and some RG-branded enterprise switches running CloudOS.
