Default username and password for the Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) SEL-3530 RTAC (Real-Time Automation Controller): admin / TAIL. Learn how to log in and how to change the default credentials.
The RTAC web interface uses admin/TAIL for Level 2 (full-access) control. SEL devices also use a password-only access-level model on serial/Telnet (no username): Level 1 = OTTER (operator/read-only), Level 2 = TAIL (control). Applies to SEL-3530 and SEL-3530-4 RTAC platforms. Confirmed in the SEL-3530 Getting Started manual and documented in Tenable NNM plugin 6268.
