Unitronics Vision and UniStream series PLCs used in water/wastewater and other critical infrastructure. Remote Operator access and the built-in web server require no default password. Widely exploited in attacks on US water utilities in late 2023. CISA recommends disabling remote access, using VPN, and setting strong passwords.
