Uniview / Uniarch IP cameras shipped with admin/123456 on older firmware (pre-2020). Devices with firmware released after 2020 force password creation during the initial setup wizard and no longer accept this default. Default IP 192.168.1.13 documented in Uniarch IPC-B100 series quick-start guide.
