On v1 hardware with original firmware, the web management interface at http://192.168.0.1 uses admin/admin. TP-Link migrated these Omada VPN routers to a mandatory first-boot password creation wizard in v2 hardware and later firmware updates (2021/2022+), so devices on current firmware have no universal default — a custom password must be set at first boot. Applies to the entire TP-Link SafeStream / Omada ER-series (ER605, ER7206, ER7212PC).
