Ubiquiti UniFi Video Camera G3 (UVC-G3, UVC-G3-FLEX, UVC-G3-BULLET, UVC-G3-AF) and G4 (UVC-G4-BULLET, UVC-G4-PRO) cameras in standalone mode (not yet adopted by a UniFi Video NVR or UniFi Protect) are accessible at their DHCP-assigned IP with the default credentials ubnt/ubnt. Once adopted by a legacy UniFi Video (NVR) deployment, the NVR automatically replaces the camera password with a randomly generated per-device password, visible in the UniFi Video or Protect application settings. UniFi Video reached end-of-life in December 2020 and has been replaced by UniFi Protect, which uses account-based authentication with no factory default. These legacy cameras remain widely deployed.
