NVIDIA (formerly Mellanox) Spectrum-based switches running Onyx NOS ship with admin/admin. Newer Onyx releases prompt for a password change on first SSH or web login, but a factory reset restores admin/admin. Also applies to legacy Mellanox SX series running MLNX-OS.
