Provision-ISR (Israel Security Resources) is a major CCTV/IP surveillance brand with wide deployment in Israel, Europe, and Latin America. Their IP cameras (I1-380IP28, I4-390IPEN28, DI-380IP28 and NVR series) ship with the admin account defaulting to password 123456. The web interface is accessible via HTTP on port 80. ONVIF access also uses the same default credentials. Provision-ISR cameras are frequently discovered in public RTSP scans with unchanged default credentials.
