Default username and password for the Cisco Systems SPA 112 / SPA 122 / SPA 232D Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA): admin / admin. Learn how to log in at 192.168.15.1 and how to change the default credentials.
Default IP 192.168.15.1 applies to the SPA122 LAN-side management interface; SPA112 obtains its IP via DHCP. Access the web configuration utility by connecting a PC to the LAN port and browsing to http://192.168.15.1. The IVR phone-keypad admin PIN is 1234# by default (separate from the web credential). Password is case-sensitive.
