The Poly (formerly Polycom) Trio 8800 and Trio 8500 conference phone ships with two web-interface accounts. The admin account uses username 'Polycom' (capital P — case-sensitive) and password '456'. The user-level account uses 'user'/'123'. The same PIN '456' is used for local admin access on the phone touchscreen. Applies to Trio C60 and older Trio Visual+ as well. Firmware 5.9.7+ prompts for a password change on first login but still initialises to these defaults. Factory reset restores them.
