Poly (formerly Polycom) Trio 8800 and Trio C60 conference phones ship with admin username 'Polycom' (capital P) and password '456', plus a 'user' account with password '123', as factory defaults for the web configuration utility. Poly documentation warns to change these immediately. Firmware 5.9.7+ (California SB-327 IoT compliance) prompts for a password change on first login but initializes to the same '456' default. These credentials also apply to the older Polycom Trio 8500 and Trio Visual+.
