NetApp HCI / Element Software IPMI (BMC) — Default Password

Default username and password for the NetApp HCI / Element Software IPMI (BMC): ADMIN / ADMIN. Learn how to log in and how to change the default credentials.

NetApp HCI and SolidFire/Element Software storage nodes use ADMIN/ADMIN for IPMI/BMC access by default. NetApp explicitly recommends changing this as the first post-deployment step.
